Explore Engage Enjoy is a newly established non-profit outpatient therapy organization in Roseburg Oregon that seeks to improve pediatric therapy outcomes through research and rural access to care. We are searching for effective, engaging, and enthusiastic occupational therapists to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon! We value team members who personify being able to explore and expand practice by implementing evidence based treatment, engage with a wide variety of staff, children, and families members in a positive and compassionate way, and who enjoy their interactions with others while doing this valuable work.

Our occupational therapists facilitate development and rehabilitation of pediatric clients birth to 18 with mental, emotional, and physical challenges by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.

Job tasks include:

• • Conducting evaluations and utilizing findings to implement a holistic, family focused treatment plan with goals that enable a child to develop and function across all areas of occupations.
  • Providing caregiver education and training for families.
  • Assessing goals and progress.
  • Preparing clients and families for discharge when medically appropriate.

Our speech language pathologists facilitate development of communication within pediatric clients aged birth to 18 with speech or language challenges by planning and administering medically prescribed speech therapy.
